For this purpose, a franchise management company, “Organic Villages Pvt Ltd ” is being formed exclusively to identify, establish and manage such Strategic Organic Farming Units with an aim to aggressively propogate the concept of Economical Organic Farming and to spread the simple but effective methodologies for switching to natural farming techniques. Through Organic Villages Pvt Ltd, Gujarat Eco Microbial Technologies Pvt Ltd will participate in the rural problems of agriculture, help overcome issues that have arisen on account of over-use of chemicals and to help improve the soil quality.

Initially, Organic Villages Pvt Ltd shall be initially identifying 5 to 7 key villages. It will then set up an Organic Model Farm (OMF) in joint cooperation with a progressive farmer in the village. This Organic Model Farm shall be used to demonstrate the methods of composting organic waste such as cow manure and green agri-waste and the subsequent use of such compost for the purpose of farming. Gujarat Eco Microbial Technologies Pvt Ltd will be committed to working with the villages and farmers until satisfactory results are obtained at reasonable prices and efforts.

Subsequently, Gujarat Eco Microbial Technologies Pvt Ltd will assist in developing an “On Farm Composting” and packaging facility to allow the progressive farmer to continue the commercial manufacture of such organic fertilizer for the benefits of other farmers in the near vicinity. Organic Villages Pvt Ltd shall manage the operation of such a facility. Once the facility is able to provide for all the organic farming needs of the given vicinity, it will be denoted as a successful Organic Village of India.
